CUSTOMER DATA PROCESSING PRINCIPLES
This document defines the purposes, composition, processing, and secrecy of the processing of customer data at the disposal of SUNPROFIT OÜ (hereinafter TreeBird).
Who is a customer?
A person who has entered into a contractual relationship with TreeBird.
What customer data?
Customer data is any information that TreeBird knows about your customer profile (eg customer name, contact details, transaction details). TreeBird collects the following information from customers for order fulfillment: name, phone, email address.
What is customer data processing?
Customer data processing is any action taken with client data (including collecting, storing, organizing, storing, modifying, disclosing, accessing customer data, making inquiries, retrieving, using, transmitting, cross-linking, merging, closing, deleting, and destroying). The Customer data processor is TreeBird. Authorized processors of customer data are Voog (Edicy OÜ, who is also the data keeper), Itella SmartPOST OÜ, Omniva (AS Eesti Post), Maksekeskus AS, Amazon, and PayPal.
What is the purpose of processing customer data?
To better understand our customers' expectations and thereby deliver quality services to our customers. The data is used to fulfill orders, send invoices, deliver goods, and send newsletters.
In what cases does TreeBird publish customer data?
Customer data is secret, not issued, and not granted access by third parties without the customer's prior consent except as required by law. The data will be used to complete orders, send invoices, deliver goods, and send newsletters (only to customers who have requested them). The Customer has the right to contact TreeBird at any time to inform him/herself that he/she does not wish to receive personalized offers.
How to change your customer data and request termination of their processing?
The Customer has the right to access his/her customer data via e-mail email@example.com or on weekdays from 9 am to 5 pm via telephone +372 58 558 731. If the customer data has changed or are inaccurate for any other reason, the Customer can modify them by contacting TreeBird using the above-mentioned means of communication. The Customer has the right to demand the termination of the processing of his/her data and/or deletion of the collected data if the corresponding right arises from the Personal Data Protection Act or other legislation.
